Some people may not want you in their lives. I know. It stinks. It hurts. That's okay, though. And...you know what? It may very well be you and not them. You may be the reason they don't want to play host to you. Yes, I said it.
Goosebumps: Phantom of the Auditorium, The Musical will play a limited public engagement as part of Aurora Theatre’s Learning Library from October 19–October 22. Adapted from the hair-raising children’s book Goosebumps: Phantom of the Auditorium by R.L. Stine, this not-too-spooky adventure follows two aspiring young thespians named Brooke and Zeke as they embark on a likely-haunted middle school play.
It's as if God wants me to depend on him right now. I mean, it's as if He wants me to stop and depend on Him, trust in Him, right now – before the tears, before the next procedure, before arriving at the hospital, before the anesthesia, before the removal, before the results are relayed to me. And of course He does. His Word tells us that over and over. It's hard to remember, though, when the storm is raging, though. Isn't it?
I don't want to write about this. I'll be honest. I keep stopping my fingers from typing because, quite frankly, this sucks. I promised God, though, and you that I would be transparent because this world is full of people that don't know what the face of true Christianity is and this world is full of Christians that think every other Christian's life is hunkydory. So, here goes nothing...
